Material Requirements for Application to
The University of Iowa
Program in Film & Video Production

To the University of Iowa Graduate Admissions Office, please submit:

____ A formal University of Iowa application form (available here)
         International applicants must also submit a Financial Statement

____ Official academic records

____ An official GRE/GMAT test score report

         (the University's institution code is 6681*)

____ An official TOEFL score report, if applicable

         (the University's institution code is 6681*)

____ The $60 application processing fee ($85 for international students)

*No department code is required.

IMPORTANT: This fee must accompany your application for your request for admission to be considered. Without the appropriate fee, your application will not be processed. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars in either a check drawn on a U.S. bank, a U.S. Postal Service money order, or an international money order. Make checks payable to The University of Iowa. Do not send cash.

          -- Preferably a video or film submitted on DVD or VHS

          -- Slides, CD-ROM, and other media may be acceptable

____ Three letters of recommendation (cover letter available here)
