Before coming here I received a B.A. in English and Philosophy at a small Catholic college in the mountains of Pennsylvania, where I learned to love to read and write poetry. I then spent a very interesting year studying contemporary Indian fiction in Bombay, and then headed into the cornfields of Iowa. I am excited about beginning to study the poetic and aesthetic movements of British Modernism. I am also (slowly) learning to read Russian poetry of the period. I currently teach Interpretation of Literature.
