Definition:

For purposes of this Policy, "academic or administrative officer" means any collegiate dean, any faculty member with administrative responsibilities at the level of Departmental Executive Officer (DEO) or above, or a student's advisor; the Director of Affirmative Action, any Vice President, or the Provost, or that person's designee; and any director, supervisor, or human resources representative.
