Reception to Celebrate Master of Fine Arts Exhibition
A reception to celebrate the opening of an exhibition of works by recent recipients of the Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Iowa School of Art and Art History will begin at 3:30 p.m., Friday, May 9, at the University of Iowa Museum of Art.
The reception is free and open to the public.
The exhibit, Master of Fine Arts 2008, will include works by 24 graduate artists representing the School of Art and Art History's studio areas of design, intermedia, metalsmithing and jewelry, ceramics, sculpture, painting, and printmaking. It will be on display at the UI Museum of Art from Friday, May 9, through Sunday, June 8.
