Surplus sets regular hours for departmental sales
Surplus is now open for sales to UI departments on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. It will continue to be open on Thursdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for sales to the general public. More information....

Surplus items listed on eBay include a CO2 incubator, microplate reader, programable absorbance detector, thawing bath, thermal analysis unit, anesthetic monitor, thermal cycler, and solvent delivery module. Go to the eBay website to see photos or bid on the items.

2008 office supply catalogs available
The 2008 General Stores/OfficeMax catalogs are now available. UIHC customers may pick up their catalogs and recycle old ones at the hospital's Shipping and Receiving Facility. Customers in other locations should email their name, department name, campus delivery address, and the number of catalogs they need to genstores@uiowa.edu. Some catalog numbers and primary vendors have changed, so it is important to use a new catalog when you order office supplies. The staff at General Stores thanks you for your support. Our OfficeMax contract has saved our campus customers over $1,180,000 in the past three years!
