Anyone who works with people knows how easy it is for teams to encounter problems. The real issue is that team difficulties are too often ignored! Learn to identify sources of conflict inherent to teams, and how team members can create buy-in for change. Practice applying a group problem-solving process to common team challenges, and identify resources to strengthen team effectiveness. Also helpful to managers who are responsible for creating cohesiveness in their workgroup. A follow-up to Team Building Techniques that Work.
