Organizational Effectiveness Annual Report
Learning and Development strives to serve as an information and education destination for campus. To accomplish that, we provide professional classroom development opportunities with content experts on campus, just-in-time learning opportunities through the Resource Center, Learning Online with Skillsoft, Books 24x7 and finally outreach messages to various populations on campus regarding learning opportunities. Learning and Development is a unit within Organizational Effectiveness (OE) - view our OE Annual Report at: http://www.uiowa.edu/hr/oe/annual_rpt.pdf.
