FUNCTIONS
OF LEGISLATIVE LIAISONS
The Federal Relations legislative liaison reports directly to the University President. He is the primary contact for federal relations activities.
The State Relations Officer is an employee of the Board of Regents, reporting directly to the Director, Public Affairs.
The State Relations Officer is responsible for explaining policies and legislative requests to the Board of Regents and information about the Univerristy to the General Assembly and other state officials.
