Registration begins March 1!

Reserve Your Spot Online
Parents may reserve students a spot for the Workshops online, but due to payment and liability issues, the entire registration process cannot be completed online.
To reserve a spot for your student, complete and electronically send the Student Reservation Form along with the Medical and Liability Forms and payment to the address listed below.

Register By Mail
If you prefer, you can print a PDF version of the Student Reservation Forms which includes the Student Reservation Form and the Medical and Liability Forms. Complete and sign these forms.

Payment, Medical Form, Liability Form, and Student Reservation Form must be received by June 20. To get our special early bird reservation rates, mail or electronically send the Student Reservation Form before June 1 (payment and additional forms must still be received by June 20).

Refunds can be made without penalty only until July 1. No refunds will be made once the Workshops begin.
