The SLIS electronic classroom is equipped with 28 IMac
computers
in addition to the instructor's machine, an overhead projection screen.
Software includes:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- Access
- Photoshop
- Dreamweaver
- IMovie
- Flash
- Fireworks
Technology Lab
The SLIS tech lab is equipped with 8 Pentium III computers and 8 IMacs,
2 scanners, and a laser printer.
Each computer is loaded with the following software:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- Access
- Photoshop
- Dreamweaver
- IMovie
- Flash
- Fireworks
Cataloging
Lab
A cataloging room is available onsite with DDC and Library of Congress
reference materials.
Student
Lounge
The SLIS lounge is available for studying, chatting, and eating lunch.
UI
Main Library
The School is very conveniently located within the Main
Library.
Kitchen
The SLIS kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, a refrigerator, a
coffee maker, a toaster, and a sink.
Lockers
Lockers are available
for the convenience of students.
