Key Note Address: "Juvenile Injustice System"
Jon McCaine, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Vice President and National Clinical Director for Youth Services International. He is responsible for the design and oversight of developmental programs for high-risk children and adolescents across the country in residential and community based services. He is the recipient of the Attorney General's Distinguished Service Award for Family Violence Prevention and Education, the Martin Luther King Memorial Reward for Community Service and Education and was a panel member for the CBS news special on Children and Violence hosted by Dan Rather.
