The higher the quality, the better the reproduction. The original article is preferred, but a good copy will work. When copying an article, either from a journal or a book, please be sure there are at least 3/4-inch margins to make space for the three-hole punch or bindings. If possible, eliminate black edges - they cause machines to jam. We can clean the material, but that adds more time for preparation and could add to the final retail price. For your own original work, black ink and high-resolution type on white paper reproduces best. Color paper, as originals, may produce a gray background on the copy.
