Departments may pay for Copy Center, Wide Media, laminating,
and large-format color poster orders with standard University requisitions or Printing
Department "M-numbers" (standing accounts). Printing Services accepts only requisitions.
Each requisition requires two authorized signatures, and an M-number may be established
with a requisition. Individuals may pay with cash or charge these services to their
University account with their Hawk ID.
The Printing Department and Copy Center Services will make
estimates on request. Contact your customer service representative or a Copy Center
staff member for more information.

Official UI stationery
Official business cards, letterhead, and envelopes in The University of Iowa, University of
Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and Children's Hospital of Iowa formats.
Catalog envelopes
Envelopes printed to order with the University's official identity system.
Mailing labels and addressing
Mailing labels printed in standard UI format and addresses printed on labels or on mail pieces.

Copy Centers
Color and black-and-white printing, scanning, duplicating, book copying, paper, finishing,
binding, addressing, faxing, and shredding.
Color copies, posters
Color copies up to 11x17 inches available at the Copy Centers. Digital color posters up to
50 inches wide at the Mossman Building.
Exam printing
Services and products used to produce classroom tests and quizzes.
Preprinted brochures, cards
Brochure shells, report covers, and note cards with envelopes using the University's graphic
identity system available at the Copy Centers.

Desktop publishing
Black-and-white, high-resolution imaging from electronic files, on RC paper or film.
Laminating
Available at IMU CopyHawk and the Mossman Building in gloss or matte finish, business card
up to tabloid-size sheets.
Self service
Copiers managed by Copy Center Services are in most of the libraries on campus. A complete
self-service center with mailing and shipping services is at IMU CopyHawk.
