- "Working Together" SUPPORT
TEAM - The Support Team came together and worked independently and took
full responsibility for their jobs, without close supervision or direction...doing
this while both Dawn and Dani had recently taken new positions.
They worked together as a group and came up with processes that needed
to be done differently and my "hats off" to them for their
innovative ideas, and doing this in my absence.
Kay Wheeler - "Working
Together" kay continues to pitch in and serves as my back-up
by handling many tasks in my absences, especially the HR responsibilities
such as FMLA, requisitions and various electronic forms. Always
willing to volunteer her time or the support staff to do "whatever"
is necessary (such as helping out the audit team, PS testing, various
and special projects for many teams and individuals.)
Laurie Bush - "Working
Together" For her leadership role in the development of our
team charter. Being involved in the initial team meetings as well
as communication and receiving input from staff. also when the
team charter was presented to the department, Laurie spoke to the staff
about the importance of the charter and stated that she was fully supportive
of it.

(Mission Statement reads:)
The program is designed to recognize and reward employees, quarterly
through positive reinforcement the efforts and/or achievements of an
individual or group of individuals to promote our Department's goals
and mission.
