Reward and Recognition Program
July-September 2005

In the Reward and Recognition Program we honor individuals and groups in Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Travel. These categories are: Working Together-"Co-worker Excellence", Customer Satisfaction-"Beyond Expectations", and Innovation-"Doing it Better" awards.

A special thanks go to Committee Members: Mary Jane Stumpf, Bob Bruns, Karen Levelle, Sherry Reynolds-Miller and Kay Wheeler

Jerry Williams - "Customer Satisfaction"  Worked extremely hard on negotiation multiple discounted pricing agreements on his Blanket Order purchases.  Documented over $232,000 in savings due to his efforts. 
Julie Bergeon -
"Innovation Award"  Demonstrates computer expertise with continual, professional looking web updates.  Always friendly and willing to take on other projects.
Jayne Keiser - "Customer Satisfaction"  Consistently received and processed most req's and has consistently recorded amounts saved due to her competitive bidding efforts.
Bob Bruns - "Innovation and Customer Satisfaction"  Items has been very successful due to Bob's salesmanship and hard work.  Perfect example on a new approach and replacing blanket orders.  Eliminated Dentistry's Blanket Orders with Items - now over 1400 items from 90 vendors.

Cindy Humpleby - "Working Together"  Continues to be available to help out on numerous projects:  e-Voucher, Purchasing and Payables Upgrade, PReqs, ProTrav, ACH payments, web applications and updates, along with daily production issues.  Always willing to assist with writing queries, verifying entries, writing documentation and helping others.
