Finally got the annotated version done 2/15/2003. I decided to keep the body the same, with notes crediting people for contributions and additional thoughts, and an addendum for extra things. Thank you so much for all the feedback, and I apologize if I missed anything and/or misunderstood and mangled you what you intended to say -- if this is the case, please contact me and I can make corrections.

Update 5/27/03. Finally some content! Click here to see illustrations of techniques with SAS and SPSS examples. I should be adding regularly over the summer, as I finally have time. Thanks for your patience.
