Both full and part-time MSW programs are available at the Des Moines Education Center, located at the Pappajohn Higher Education Center, 1200 Grand Ave., room 133, Des Moines, Iowa 50309.

Des Moines is Iowa's state capital and largest city. The deadline for application is February 1st for the following fall semester. Non-degree students may take selected courses before formal admission to the program. The off-campus programs have been evaluated by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and The University of Iowa Graduate Council as providing a program comparable to that available on the Iowa City campus.
