Cognitive Behavioral Treatment of Depression Group

If you recognize the symptoms of depression in yourself, you might benefit from the Cognitive Behavioral Treatment of Depression Group. You could work in a supportive environment with other people who are struggling with depression. Sessions will focus initially on reviewing behavior and on recognizing thought patterns that can lead to depression. Participants will identify ways to make changes in behavior and in thinking that will help them work their way out of depression. If you would like more information, please arrange an appointment with Emmanuel Enekwechi, Psy.D., Senior Staff Psychologist, by calling 335-7294.
