October 25, 2006 Flu Shot Clinic
This year's Flu Shot Clinic for UIRA members will be held on Thursday, October 25 from 12:30 to 3:30 in the lower level of the Mormon Trek Office of the University of Iowa Credit Union at 825 Mormon Trek Boulevard. Retirees covered by Medicare (Medical Insurance) Part B should bring their cards as Medicare (Medical Part B) covers these costs. The cost is $24.00 for the flu vaccine.
