mobes once called a stall on  some guy with a five second stall count.  not a fast ten-count, but a really accurate, five second five-count. in the angry debate that followed, mobes had only two arguments.  first he pointed out the obvious, "the disc is still in your hand, dude." after that, mobes used several combinations of just three words to persuade the other team.  "come on.  seriously.  seriously, come on.  seriously."
