A. Registration of Student Automobiles

All students who own or operate any motor vehicle within the Iowa City area must register the vehicle within 48 hours of their initial operation of the vehicle in the Iowa City area. Registration forms and applications for parking privileges will be available at the beginning of each semester at a time and place specified in an academic registration handout and as posted on the Parking & Transportation web site www.uiowa.edu/~parking. At other times, registration may be accomplished at the Parking Division office located in the IMU Parking Ramp.
