University of Iowa Student Government

The University of Iowa Student Government (UISG) consists of an Undergraduate Activities Senate, and Undergraduate Collegiate Senate, and a Graduate and Professional Student Senate. The UISG is led by executive officers for each of the senates and a President and Vice President. The President and Vice President are elected through campus-wide elections. The UISG makes recommendations on the allocation of student activity fees to over 300 student organizations.
