SERVICES AVAILABLE TO ALL UI STUDENTS
AT THE MAIN WRITING CENTER (Located in 110 EPB):
(8-Week Summer Session unless indicated)
Enrollment Hours: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM M-TH
--Enroll in half-hour sessions twice a week for 8 weeks
--To enroll, please come in person to the front desk of the Writing Center (110 EPB)
--Summer enrollment hours begin on Tuesday, June 10th (First day of 8-Week Summer Session)
--Summer enrollment hours continue from June 10th to August 1st
Appointment Hours: Available by advance appointment only
--Sign up for a half-hour session once per week on an as-needed basis (an appointment is required)
--To sign up for an appointment, e-mail writing-center@uiowa.edu, call 335-0188, or come to the front desk of the Writing Center (110 EPB)
--Summer appointments begin on Monday, June 23rd (Third week of 8-Week Summer Session)
--Summer appointments continue from June 23rd to August 1st
E-Mail Tutoring: Available on-line M-F
--Receive response usually within 2 business days of document submission
--To submit, follow instructions at http://www.uiowa.edu/~writingc/email.html
--E-mail tutoring continues through the end of finals week (Friday, May 16th)
--E-mail tutoring is available during the 3-Week Summer Session (Begins Monday, May 19th)
