Showcase Your Program at Hawkeye Visit Days,
Spring 2012

Dear faculty member or program representative,
We are planning six Hawkeye Visit Days for spring 2012 as we work to recruit the Class of 2016. We anticipate more than 750 visitors at each event. UI faculty and departmental staff participation in the Exploring Majors Fair—an important component of our programs—is key to making these visits successful for students and parents.

Showcase your program during the Exploring Majors Fair
Students and parents alike are interested in hearing about the quality of education students receive at Iowa. These on-campus events allow us to showcase all we have to offer. A strong turnout at the Exploring Majors Fair by academic departments is a testament to the commitment of faculty, staff, and students. Our visitors always notice the absence of a department they want to learn more about and they bring it to our attention!

Sign up to participate by February 10
On behalf of your department, please complete the Fair Participation Form by February 10 to indicate which representative(s) from your department will attend each Hawkeye Visit Day Exploring Majors Fair (there is an option to submit the registration form via e-mail and also print a copy for your records).

The Exploring Majors Fair occurs 12:30–1:20 p.m. in the Main Lounge on the First Floor of the Iowa Memorial Union.
