Schedule
an appointment with your advisor
Before you register for classes, you will need to meet with your academic advisor
to plan your course schedule. Contact your major department if you have not
already been notified of your advisor's name. Graduate
nondegree students are advised by Caren Cox, Associate Director of Academic
Affairs, 205 Gilmore Hall, 319-335-2135.
During
the meeting, your advisor will give you a four-digit registration
number authorizing you to register. Admission to some courses will
require instructor approval, so be sure to obtain any necessary documentation
in that regard before trying to register.
When
to register
New international students in F-1 or J-1 status must attend the orientation provided
