DDS Deferred Admit Program (DAP)
The College of Dentistry's Deferred Admit Program is open to residents of the state of Iowa. Academically motivated students interested in pursuing a DDS may be admitted to the DAP as early as the first year of their undergraduate education.
While
an undergraduate degree is not required for admission, students admitted
through DAP must complete the equivalent number of hours required for
a degree at their institution prior to enrollment in the College of Dentistry.
Students selected for the DAP must maintain a specified grade-point average to assure matriculation to The University of Iowa College of Dentistry.
