Application procedures
For this degree program, you will need to send some application materials to your academic department and some to the Office of Admissions, which handles Graduate College applications.
Materials to send to Admissions:
- One set of official academic records/transcripts. Send a second set directly to your department.
- Official GRE General Test scores from Educational Testing Service (the University's institutional code is 6681).
- International students must send their official TOEFL scores from Educational Testing Service (the University's institutional code is 6681).
- International students also must send a Financial Statement.
Materials required by the department:
- A second set of your official academic records/transcripts.
- Three (3) Letters of Recommendation.*
- A Statement
of Purpose.*
- An Application
for Graduate Awards.*
- One or more samples of your original writing (one of which should be in French) that show your ability to pursue graduate work in French. Examples include an honors thesis, a term paper, seminar paper, or other course papers.
