Nursing (MSN or MSN-CNL)

The Graduate College awards two types of MSN degrees:

  • The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is awarded to students who already have a bachelors degree in nursing.
  • The Master of Science in Nursing-Clinical Nurse Leader (MSN-CNL) is awarded to students who have a bachelors degree in a non-nursing area.

Instruction for both degree programs is offered through the College of Nursing. The MSN in both areas is offered with or without a thesis.
