MSW, PhD, and the combined MSW/PhD in
Social Work are awarded by the Graduate College. The MSW is offered
with or without a thesis.

Application
procedures
For this degree program, you will need to send some application materials
to your academic department and some to the Office of Admissions, which
handles Graduate College applications.
Materials
to send to Admissions:
- One
set of official academic records/transcripts. Send a photocopy directly
to your department.
- Official
GRE General Test scores from Educational
Testing Service are required only for the PhD and the combined
MSW/PhD programs (the University's institutional code is 6681).
- International
students must send their official TOEFL scores from Educational
Testing Service (the University's institutional code is 6681).
- International
students also must send a Financial
Statement.

combined-degree candidates:

to first determine your eligibility for this combined program. Candidates
will submit all parts of both the MSW and PhD.

payable by MasterCard or Visa. If
you cannot pay by credit card, you may Download
