Application deadlines
- Fall Semester—(class admitted every fall)
- Non-University/Resident Theatre Association (U/RTA) Candidates: All application materials must be received no later than Janauary 15
- U/RTA Candidates: Deadlines are set by the U/RTA organization
- Spring Semester—not offered
- Summer Session—not offered
Application procedures
For this degree program, you will need to send some application materials to your academic department and some to the Office of Admissions, which handles Graduate College applications.
Materials to send to the department:
- Your official academic records/transcripts
- Three (3) Letters of Recommendation*
- A résumé
- A statement of purpose
- A personal interview also is required.
Materials to send to Admissions:
- A second set of your official academic records/transcripts
- International
students must send their official TOEFL scores from the Educational
Testing Service (the University's institutional code is 6681).
- Once recommended for admission, international students must send a Financial
Statement.
