The University of Iowa recognizes degrees granted by colleges or universities accredited by the North Central (or other regional) Association of Colleges and Schools.

If the other school is not regionally accredited, the recommendations published by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Offices will be used to determine your eligibility.

There is no need for current or formerly enrolled UI students to submit UI transcripts or re-submit previously submitted transcripts from other institutions.
