Temporary housing upon arrival in Iowa City
New international students who arrive on campus before they have found housing (or before they can move into permanent housing) should research local hotel accommodations and make reservations, if necessary.

When making your reservation, be sure to ask about student discounts, transportation to campus, and, if necessary, the distance from the hotel to the nearest bus stop.
