First-Year Student Orientation for Fall
First-year students who will begin their studies in the fall
typically attend a
Two-Day Orientation
Program in June or July. However, students unable to attend a Two-Day
Program will attend a One-Day
Program in August.
One-Day Programs are more limited in scope, but still allow you to meet with your academic advisor and register for classes. Also, special meal and lodging options that are available to Two-Day Program participants are not available to One-Day Program participants.
Making your reservation
Admitted students who have paid their $185 acceptance fee will be able to register online through their Admissions Profile on ISIS.

Get ready for Welcome Week
Fall 2008 classes will begin Monday, Aug. 25. Once you are settled into your residence hall room or apartment, plan to attend Welcome Week activities designed to further introduce you to campus (and other new students!).
Programs for nontraditional students
If you are a "nontraditional" student in that you are older or managing multiple roles (parenting, for example), the One-Day Programs in August may meet your needs better than one of our Two-Day Programs for first-year students.
