Orientation programs are scheduled according to major, and not all majors are represented at each program.

How to Determine Your Program Date

Transfer programs for fall 2008 enrollment
Fall Semester courses will begin Aug. 25, 2008. Orientation programs are scheduled on:

April 24 (Th) May 9 (F) June 6 (F) June 27 (F) July 3 (Th) July 22 (T)

July 23 (W) July 24 (Th) Aug. 19 (T) Aug. 20 (W) Aug. 21 (Th) Aug. 22 (F)

Make your reservation online
Program reservations are made online through your Admissions Profile on ISIS.

1. Log in to ISIS with your Hawk ID and password.

2. In the "Quick Links/Tips" box (in the upper right-hand corner), click on "Admissions Profile."

3. Scroll down the profile page until you find the section about "Orientation/Registration."

4. Click on the link to "online reservation" in the text.

5. While making your reservation, you will see only program dates for which you are eligible.

6. Wait for confirmation before making travel plans.

After making your reservation, return to this web site to review important information about planning and preparing for Orientation.

If you switch majors or need to reschedule
If you change your major after your Orientation reservation is confirmed, or if you need need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, contact Orientation Services at 800-553-IOWA (800-553-4692) as soon as possible. We will assign you to a later program date.
