Health insurance requirement
All new undergraduate students (first-year and transfer) enrolled for 5 or more semester hours are required to have health insurance coverage for the entire time they are students at Iowa.
Report your health insurance status on ISIS
Your Admissions Profile on ISIS will ask you to report whether your have health insurance.
- If you have health insurance, download and print the "Student Health Insurance Form" (located in your Admissions Profile on ISIS) when you report your status. Return the completed form to Student Health Service with a copy of your insurance card.
