This
application information is for former University of Iowa undergraduate
students who wish to reenroll in a degree program. The application
process varies depending on your situation. Select from the options
below.
- If you
wish to resume study in the college or degree program you left, and
you have been absent less than 12 months, you do not need
to reapply for admission. Contact your Academic
Advisor about registering for classes.
- If
you wish to resume study in the college or
degree program you left, and you have been
absent for 12 months or more,
you must Apply
for Re-entry at least two weeks before
classes begin.
- If you have been dismissed for unsatisfactory scholarship, contact your Dean’s Office for approval to reinstate. College of Liberal Arts and Sciences students need to arrange a reinstatement interview with the Office of Academic Programs, 120 Schaeffer Hall. Interviews are held between March 1 and July 1 for fall reinstatement and between October 1 and December 1 for spring reinstatement.
