International Scholarship Renewal Information
These scholarships for first-year international students are available for more than one year.
You do not need to reapply
There is not a renewal application for any of the scholarships listed here. The scholarship is automatically continued each year if the student meets the requirements specified.
- UI Presidential Scholarship—You can receive this award for up to four years or until your receive your bachelor’s degree (whichever comes first) providing you maintain full-time enrollment each semester and maintain a 3.00 cumulative grade-point average on all course work attempted. - Old Gold Scholarship—You can receive this award for up to four years or until your receive your bachelor’s degree (whichever comes first) providing you maintain full-time enrollment each semester and maintain a 3.00 cumulative grade-point average on all course work attempted. - University of Iowa International Scholars Award—You can receive this award for up to four years or until your receive your bachelor’s degree (whichever comes first) providing you maintain continuous full-time enrollment each semester at The University of Iowa, remain in good academic standing, and continue to pay nonresident tuition. - Iowa Heritage Award—You can receive this award for up to four years or until your receive your bachelor’s degree (whichever comes first) providing you maintain continuous full-time enrollment each semester at The University of Iowa, remain in good academic standing, and continue to pay nonresident tuition. - India Scholars Award—You can receive this award for up to four years or until your receive your bachelor’s degree (whichever comes first) providing you maintain continuous full-time enrollment each semester at The University of Iowa, remain in good academic standing, and continue to pay nonresident tuition.
