City Parking Facilities
Iowa City operates five parking ramps downtown near campus.

City ramps include:

• The Capitol Street Parking Ramp, on the northwest corner of Burlington and Capitol streets, next to University Capitol Centre.
• The Chauncey Swan Parking Ramp, on the southeast corner of Washington and Gilbert streets.
• The Court Street Transportation Center, on the southeast corner of Dubuque and Court streets.
• The Dubuque Street Parking Ramp, 220 S. Dubuque St., near the Sheraton Hotel, off of Burlington Street.
• The Tower Place Parking Ramp, south of Iowa Avenue and west of Gilbert Street.

The city also has on-street metered parking throughout the downtown area.
