People attending organized campus visits should park near the Iowa Memorial Union (IMU), which is on Madison Street between Jefferson and Market streets.

Iowa City is south of Interstate 80 and north of Highways 1, 6, and 218.

Visitor parking
Parking is available for a minimal fee in University parking ramps. Several city-owned parking ramps are within six blocks of the IMU.
