University of Iowa logo and wordmark
The UI logo is a graphic representation of the Old Capitol dome. The wordmark is a graphic representation of the words “The University of Iowa.” The logo and wordmark are available in various configurations suitable for any project.
The logo and wordmark cannot be redrawn, reproportioned, or embellished in any way. The wordmark is a custom-designed graphic—it should not be replicated using a standard font.
The logo and wordmark shouldn’t be used in ways that suggest university endorsement of any non-university product or service.
Outside companies or individuals may use the logo and wordmark only with permission from the UI Trademark Licensing Program or from Lin Larson, director of University Creative Services, University Communication and Marketing.

This site offers a selection of downloadable graphics suitable for any print or electronic project. These files represent the university’s official logo and wordmark—they cannot be redrawn, reproportioned, or embellished in any way.
Downloads are limited to campus computers. Non-campus users can request files by contacting Lin Larson at 319-384-0042 or lin-larson@uiowa.edu. Outside companies or individuals wishing to use a university logo or wordmark for commercial products must contact the Iowa Licensing Program at 319-384-2000.
