Please use one of the two options below to make an appointment with me. I will need to confirm your appointment before it is considered scheduled. I will not be able to accept an appointment if I already have another one scheduled at that time.

Method #1

Log into hawk mail
Click on CALENDAR
In the upper left corner click on NEW - drop down menu to MEETING REQUEST
REQUIRED:  Stephanie-p-rose@uiowa.edu
LOCATION:  Stephanie’s Office 111 BCSB
SUBJECT: Schedule Planning or registration meeting... whatever works for you.
DATE: choose a date that works for you (I am only in the office between Monday and Friday)
TIME: choose a time that works for you between 8:30 and 4:30 CLICK ON THE SCHEDULING ASSISTANT TAB - this brings up my schedule.  Look to see when I am free, adjust the time or date as needed for a 30 minute appointment When Complete, hit SEND

Log into hawk mail
Click on CALENDAR
In the upper left corner click on NEW - drop down menu to APPOINTMENT
SUBJECT: Registration Meeting or schedule planning... whatever works for you.
LOCATION: Stephanie’s Office 111 BCSB
Choose a date and time and between 8:30 and 4:30 CLICK ON THE SCHEDULING ASSISTANT TAB – add “Stephanie-p-rose@uiowa.edu”
This brings up my calendar, Look to see if I am free, adjust the time or date as needed for a 30 minute appointment.
When Complete, hit SEND

The department’s educational advisor is available to assist you with developing an educational plan for Communication Studies. Your overall plan will incorporate how to satisfy your degree requirements, as well as how to select courses to help you reach your career goals.  Communication Studies majors are encouraged to seek academic advising as often as needed or desired.
