About E-communication at the University of Iowa
In January 2006, a team was created to implement the recommendations [pdf] made by the E-Communication Review team. The implementation team identified the tasks required to meet the 14 recommendations made by the review team and has been actively designing, developing testing and implementing the recommendations over the past 12 months.
In October 2006, the implementation team provided information to ITS Senior Management and CITL indicating that the existing internal and external environments had changed and subsequently recommended that ITS undergo a self study of the project.
In February 2007, after broad consultation with, and input from, all campus constituencies, ITS finalized plans to implement the recommendations put forth in the E-Communication Mid Project Review.
