Advertise, update, or renew job listings on Jobnet - Job opportunities advertised on Jobnet must be part-time (20 hours per week or less) and paid by the hour. Full-time and salary or commission jobs are not advertised on Jobnet. Exception: Jobs that are full-time for the summer only will be posted during the summer posting period. The employer's geographic location and the job location must be within 40 miles of Iowa City.

The following information is provided on our employment web pages for students and may also be helpful to employers:
- The Payment system web page provides an explanation of the documents required and the process.
- Students are paid biweekly according to the Payroll Biweekly Schedule
- Employment hours are entered electronically through ISIS
- Student hourly work limitations are established by State of Iowa law. Students may work a maximum number of 20 hours per week during the academic year. However, students may work a maximum of 40 hours per week during Thanksgiving, winter, and spring breaks and over the summer.
- Should a student employee experience job difficulties regarding the interpretation or application of established policies and/or procedures governing the terms of their employment, working conditions, hours of work, or compensation, information regarding the Grievance Procedure is available.
