How the University Billing Office Will Disburse Your Financial Aid

Payment of Your University Bill

The University Billing Office is the centralized billing point for student accounts and will send you your University bill. Payment of all contracted charges is due in full by the date specified on your University bill. In addition, any miscellaneous charges must be paid by the specified due date on each University bill. If you elect to pay only the minimum monthly periodic payment listed on the University bill, you will be assessed a deferred payment fee. If you have questions regarding the University bill or how your financial aid was used to pay for items on your bill, please contact the University Billing Office.

Your University bill must be paid by the due date, regardless of delays, reductions, or cancellation of financial aid. Questions regarding the impact of not paying your bill should be directed to the University Billing Office.
