Check ISIS

 

Log into ISIS to check the status of your financial aid application, view your financial aid award and/or ensure all documents have been completed for your financial aid to be disbursed. When in ISIS, click on the heading Student Records and find the heading Financial Aid.

 

Application Status

 

Some financial aid programs have limited funding and are awarded on a first-come first-served basis.  It is important that you submit all required financial aid documents as soon after January 1 as possible (preferably by March 1) for the upcoming academic year.

You may track the status of your financial aid application on ISIS to ensure that you have completed the required documents to be awarded.  ISIS will indicate if the Office of Student Financial Aid has received the information from your FAFSA, your Iowa Verification Form and/or your Federal Income Tax Returns.  Students can provide their parents with view only guest access to ISIS.

After accessing ISIS:

            • click on the heading Student Records and find the heading Financial Aid  (make sure you select the correct session in the upper right corner when viewing each page, i.e. Spring 2013, Fall 2013)
            • click on the heading Application Status

Award Status

After you have been awarded financial aid, you may check ISIS to ensure that you have completed all required forms (i.e. promissory notes, entrance loan counseling, Parent PLUS Request Form) so that your financial aid is ready to disburse. You may also print a paper copy of your award notification.

After accessing ISIS:

  • click on the heading Student Records and find the heading Financial Aid  (make sure you select the correct session in the upper right corner when viewing each page, i.e. Spring 2013, Fall 2013)
  • click on the heading Award Notification. If you have been awarded loans and you want to accept the loans, go back to the Financial Aid heading and click on Loan Document Status to see if you need to complete additional forms to receive your loan funds.

If you would like a paper award notification, click on Award Notificiation and print it.
