Check ISIS
Log into ISIS to check the status of your financial aid application, view your financial aid award and/or ensure all documents have been completed for your financial aid to be disbursed. When in ISIS, click on the heading Student Records and find the heading Financial Aid.
Application Status
Some financial aid programs have limited funding and are awarded on a first-come first-served basis. It is important that you submit all required financial aid documents as soon after January 1 as possible for the upcoming academic year. You may track the status of your financial aid application on ISIS to ensure that you have completed the required documents to be awarded.
Information regarding your 2009-2010 application status (if the Office of Student Financial Aid has received the information from your FAFSA, your Iowa Verification Form and/or your Federal Income Tax Returns) will be available on ISIS beginning mid-February.
After accessing ISIS:
- click on the heading Student Records and find the heading Financial Aid (make sure you select the correct session in the upper right corner when viewing each page)
- click on the heading Application Status
Award Status
After you have been awarded financial aid, you may check ISIS to ensure that you have completed all required forms (i.e. promissory notes, entrance loan counseling, Parent PLUS Request Form) so that your financial aid is ready to disburse. You may also print a paper copy of your award notification.
Award status information for the 2009-2010 academic year will be available on ISIS beginning mid-March.
After accessing ISIS:
- click on the heading Student Records and find the heading Financial Aid (make sure you select the correct session in the upper right corner when viewing each page)
- click on Award Summary. If you have loans listed in section C, check Section D to see if you need to complete additional forms
If you would like a paper award notification, click on Award Notificiation and print it.
