Clarified University sponsored conferences as part of the Publicly Accessible Web Applications and Resource level in the section on University Web Levels.

September 10, 2003
Added clarification of the old gold color as a deliberate choice of a non-web-safe color to the University Colors section of the Long-Term Standards.

July 17, 2003
Added new examples to the Publically Accessible Resource and Application portion of the Navigation Elements section of the Long-Term Standards.

July 9, 2003
Added additional examples to the Publicly Accessible Application and Resource level definition in the University Web Levels section.
