Increase the number
of undergraduates taking advantage of a new center for longitudinal
career planning.
The baseline data and the 2004-05 target have yet to be determined.
During 2001-02, the Business and Liberal Arts Placement Office
and Career Development Services merged into the Career Center,
and the schematic designs for the new Pomerantz Center, which
will house the Career Center, were halfway completed. Also
during the year, a new substitute measure was developed to
increase to 50% the percentage of respondents to a College
of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) placement survey. The
baseline survey in 1999-2000 had 5% responding. Out of 2,144
CLAS graduates in 2000-01, 69% responded to the survey. This
is the last year for which data are available.
