Target 18: Increase to 100% staff-supervisor participation in annual performance reviews in all departments and units.

During 2001-02, there was a total of 10,965 staff holding merit and professional & scientific positions. Of those, 8,630 (78.7%) had a performance appraisal during the year, an increase over the previous year.
