Working with faculty and staff from several disciplines, the Human Factors Research Program within the Public Policy Center conducts research in such critical areas as elderly drivers, improved safety equipment in vehicles, and the effects of fatigue and prescription medications. Emphasis is placed on practical ways to improve the quality of life.
