Institute of Public Affairs (IPA)

Programs and conferences are offered throughout Iowa for state and local government officials, employees; topics include strategic planning, organizational development, team building, community visioning, intergovernmental cooperation, and increasing citizen cooperation. The IPA mission is to provide services and information that assist in maintaining and strengthening the effectiveness of Iowa's state and local governments.
